Dr. Matt Walker isn't a physician who studies endurance athletes. He is one.
Thirteen Ironman races. Team USA at World Championships. And while competing at the highest level of the sport, he realized the information he had wasn't giving him the complete picture he needed to truly optimize his performance and health.
